NOTICES:
There will be a Coffee morning on Tuesday 31st in the Church Meeting Area from 10.00am to 11.45am if want to meet your friends for a chat or make new ones. There will also be a new selection of handmade cards for all occasions on display. These will all be available to purchase, proceeds to church funds.
​There will be a meeting of the Working Party on 7th Feb at 7.00pm to review the 2016 Mission Action Plan.
FORTHCOMING SERVICES:
There will be two Services this coming week, both starting at 9.30am. Sunday (5th in Ordinary Time) &. Thursday (Candlemas). All are welcome.    
LATEST READINGS:
First Reading: Zephaniah 2:3; 3:12-13

Gospel: Matthew 5:1-12
A reading from the holy Gospel according to Matthew.
Seeing the crowds, Jesus went up the hill. There he sat down and was joined by his disciples. Then he began to speak. This is what he taught them: “How happy are the poor in spirit; theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

 It is the Lord who keeps faith for ever,
who is just to those who are oppressed.
