Services: Sunday 26th October (30th In Ordinary Time). First Reading Exodus 22:20-26. Responsorial Psalm was 17 "I love you, Lord, my strength." Second Reading was Thessalonians 1:5-10, and the reading from the Holy Gospel was Matthew 22:34-40. The Service next Sunday All Saints is at 9.30am. All Souls will be kept the following day (Monday 3rd November) with Mass at 9.30am. The usual mid-week said service (Feria) is back to it's normal time of 9.30am. Parish Hall: The coffee morning will be held as usual on Tuesday 28th October from 10.00am. Last weeks Tote winner was number 54. The craft class is still being held in the afternoon with the Youth Club still taking place on Tuesday evenings. Christmas Hamper Raffle; There is a list of items at the back of the church that are required for the Hamper are gradually filling up.If you wish to donate please write your name at the side of any spare item you want to give. All items to Sheila or Sandra by Sunday 2nd November please. Tickets will go on sale from 11th November (at the coffee morning) and the winning number will be drawn at the Christmas Fayre on Thursday 27th November. Remembrance Sunday: A joint Mass will be held at St Peters on Sunday 9th November at 9.30am with the service continuing afterwwards at the cenotaph.
