| Services: Sunday 16th November (33rd in OrdinaryTime). First Reading Proverbs 31:1-13. Responsorial Psalm was 127 "O blessed are those who fear the Lord." Second Reading was 1 Thessalonians 5:1-6, and the reading from the Holy Gospel was Matthew 25:14-30. The Service next Sunday (Our Lord Jesus Christ the King) will be at 9.30am. The mid-week said service (Feria) this coming Thursday 20th November will also be at 9.30am. St Peters are holding a Dedication Festival on Tuesday 18th at 7.30pm, all are welcome. Parish Hall: The coffee morning will be held as usual on Tuesday 18th November from 10.00am. Last weeks Tote winner was number 148. The craft class is still being held in the afternoon. Please remember the Christmas Fayre will take place on 27th November again the the Parish Hall, starting at 9.30am and will include the drawing of the Christmas Hamper Raffle. Christmas events: There was a good response for the Christmas Dinner, it is now booked up. Menus have been circulated, please get your pre-orders to Wanda as soon as possible. The Brass Band concert arrangements have been finalised. It will take place on Thursday 11th December at 7.30pm and will include a selection of festive songs & carols. Tickets cost £7 (including refreshments) and are available from Jane as before, or at the Coffee mornings. The list of Christmas Services (shared with St Peters) will be available shortly. |

After all things you made for 11 months, I am happy to see that you came up with a lot of activities last December. This made the whole month even better because it served as the reward for everyone! By the way, thank you for updating us. I want you to know that it's a huge help for us who have been following your website since last year! I am so delighted that your members were so happy for these activities!
