Welcome back after our Summer break! Please note the next meeting of the Parochial Church Council will be on Monday 19th September at 7.00pm. The coffee morning will take place in church from 10.00am this Tuesday - a time to catch up with friends for a chat. Alternatively if you just wish to sit in quiet reflection you can continue through to the main body of the church. Over the next few months there will be events marking the build-up to Christmas - watch this space for details.

The tax collectors and the sinners were all seeking the company of Jesus to hear what he had to say, and the Pharisees and the scribes complained. “This man”, they said, “welcomes sinners and eats with them.” So he spoke this parable to them: | Responsorial Psalm: Psalm 50 Have mercy on me, God, in your kindness.
